The representative of Nicaragua shared the concerns expressed by Ecuador, India, Cuba and other delegations with regard to the exchange of information on securing supply chains against counterfeit goods as proposed by the United States. She felt that that topic should not be raised in the Council since it did not fall within its mandate.
