15. The representative of India, supporting the statement made by China, said that he could go along to amend the title of item K to refer to "counterfeit trademarks". He did not agree with the EU interpretation that the TRIPS Agreement could cover everything without defining what counterfeit was. He also said that item K was limited to the present Council meeting and that he did not wish to have any discussion beyond it.
