By means of a communication, dated 18 July 2012, the Dominican Republic had requested consultations with Australia regarding the issue of "Australia -- Certain Measures Concerning Trademarks, Geographical Indications and Other Plain Packaging Requirements Applicable to Tobacco Products and Packaging" (document IP/D/32). The following Members had requested to join these consultations: Uruguay, New Zealand, Honduras, Nicaragua, Guatemala, El Salvador, the European Union, Brazil, Ukraine, South Africa, Canada and Norway (documents WT/DS441/2 to 13, respectively).
