In the light of the discussion, the Chairman suggested that the Secretariat be requested to make a compilation of how similar notification requirements regarding the notification of legislation were being handled in other WTO bodies. He also proposed that the Council revert at a later stage to the question of the implementation of the notification requirement of Article 63.2 and that he would hold informal consultations on this matter in the meantime.
