The Chairman drew attention to paragraphs 7-9 of document PC/IPL/7/Add.1 which listed a number of notification requirements under provisions of other intellectual property conventions that were incorporated by reference into the TRIPS Agreement but not explicitly referred to in it. He suggested that the Council leave these provisions aside for the time being.
