The representative of Japan expressed his gratitude to the WTO Secretariat for having participated in a symposium in Manila, organized by the Government of the Philippines, the International Bureau of WIPO and the Government of Japan, which had manifested the close cooperation between the International Bureau of WIPO and the WTO Secretariat.
