The Chairman proposed that the Council take a decision on this matter at its next meeting as it related to the general format of the report and mandate the Secretariat to prepare a draft for consideration at the Council's meeting scheduled for 18 September 1996. He added that there was a need to find procedures for finalizing the report in time for the November meeting of the General Council and for allowing the report to capture information at the latest moment in time that was appropriate.
