In response to a question as to whether the format in question applied in respect of "main dedicated laws and regulations" as well as "other laws and regulations", the Chairman said that, as reflected in the title of document IP/C/4, the decision on the format only concerned "other laws and regulations". He had understood from the Secretariat, however, that a number of delegations had also applied it in respect of "main dedicated laws and regulations".
