As a preliminary comment on the Community non-paper, the representative of Australia expressed support for the idea of a specific review in accordance with the built-in agenda and noted that Australia had already fulfilled its obligations under the TRIPS Agreement in respect of the agreement on trade in wine with the European Community concluded in 1994.
