The representative of Morocco said that the Chairman's statement concerning paragraph 34 of the Council's report could in no way limit the rights and obligations of his country under the WTO Agreement and under the TRIPS Agreement and could not limit his delegation's right to take position on any matter concerning the built-in agenda which could be raised in the TRIPS Council.
