32. The Chairperson said that it was her understanding that the intention was to have one single review exercise for each Member. Whenever clarification of a point raised in the review would require the law of that Member to be amended, such an amendment would have to be notified to the Council. Unless a statute or regulation was amended in its entirety, she did not see the need for a complete new review and stressed the fact that Members always had the right to pose questions to or request clarifications from other Members at any time. However, it might be useful if the Council could clarify this issue and develop appropriate procedures.
