The Chairperson recalled that the Council, at its next meeting, which was scheduled for 17 to 21 November 1997, would cover, in addition to the regular agenda items, the review of national legislation in the area of enforcement. Moreover, she informed the Council that the Secretariat would prepare a draft of the Council's annual report to the General Council, which should be adopted at the next meeting.
