The representative of the United States said that Article 63.3 of the TRIPS Agreement required Members to supply, in response to written requests from other Members, laws and regulations and final judicial decisions and administrative rulings of general application pertaining to the subject-matter of the TRIPS Agreement. The United States had provided that information to the delegation of Cuba and to that of the European Communities, in response to the written request submitted by Cuba, and had therefore responded in full accordance with that provision.
