Corrigendum The following communication, dated 22 July 2004, is being circulated at the request of the Delegation of the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu. _______________ The second sentence of Question 47(a)(iii), page 11 of the original document shall be amended as follows: A trademark owner may apply to the customs authorities to suspend the release of goods that are suspected of infringing upon his trademark right[DELETE:, the facts and reasons on which the customs shall revoke the order of suspension and return the bond, as well as an authorization given to other authorities to stipulate enforcement rules] (Articles 61-67, 80, 81-83).

The second sentence of Question 47(a)(iii), page 11 of the original document shall be amended as follows: A trademark owner may apply to the customs authorities to suspend the release of goods that are suspected of infringing upon his trademark right (Articles 61-67, 80, 81-83).
