Pursuant to Article 9, paragraph 1 of the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights, Panama hereby notifies that it is availing itself of the possibility provided in Article 14bis(2)(c) of the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works with respect to the form of the undertaking entered into by authors who have brought contributions to the making of the cinematographic work.
