I wish to notify the Council for TRIPS that pursuant to Article 9, paragraph 1 of the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights, Zambia hereby notifies that it is availing itself of the possibilities provided in Article 14bis(2)(c) of the Berne Convention.
