CIRCULAR No. 112/2020/TT-BTC dated 29 December 2020 - REGULATIONS ON RATES OF CERTAIN CHARGES AND FEES TO ASSIST AND RESOLVE DIFFICULTIES FOR BUSINESS AND ENSURING SOCIAL SECURITY IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC

Circular No. 45/2020/TT-BTC issued on 26 May 2020 for stipulating the rates of collection and payment of registration fee for using foreign QR codes as well as certain industrial property fees security in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. Accordingly, the industrial property fees listed in Section A of the schedule promulgated with Circular No. 263/2016/TT-BTC were temporarily reduced by 50% from May 26 until the end of 2020. Circular No. 112/2020/TT-BTC issued on 29 December 2020 for stipulating the period of time to reduce some industrial property fees from January 1, 2021 to 30 June 2021 to cope with the Covid-19 pandemic.
