12. Please explain how, in the absence of an unfair competition statute, Irish law is consistent with TRIPS Article 22.2, which requires that with respect to geographical indications, legal means be provided to prevent any use which constitutes an act of unfair competition within the meaning of Article 10bis of the Paris Convention.
