2. Description

In addition to the Liechtenstein notification of 22 December 1995 concerning Article 4(d) of the TRIPS Agreement we would like to notify the Agreement establishing the European Economic Area.* Notification of this Agreement concerns not only those provisions directly contained therein as interpreted by the relevant jurisprudence, but also existing and future acts adopted on the basis of the Agreement following the process of regional integration.
