The Chairperson recalled that, at the previous meeting, the Council had noted that Kuwait had not responded to some initial questions posed in the review of its legislation, which had been initiated in November 2000. Since then, Kuwait had provided these responses, which had been circulated in document IP/C/W/232/Add.5.
