The Chairman informed the Council that, since the previous meeting, Chinese Taipei had notified under Article 3.1 of the TRIPS Agreement that it was availing itself of the possibilities provided in Article 6 of the Berne Convention as incorporated into the TRIPS Agreement (subsequently circulated as document IP/N/2/TPKM/1).
