The Chairman said that he was also pleased that the Council had adopted two important decisions regarding LDCs, namely, on paragraph 7 of the Doha Declaration on the TRIPS Agreement and Public Health and on the implementation of Article 66.2. He shared Zambia's gratitude towards the Secretariat for helping the Council to find ways of bringing new ideas and finding middle ground. He was also grateful to all the delegations which had taken part in the negotiations.
