The Chairman reminded delegations that there was only one more formal meeting for the Council to agree on its recommendations in time for the Cancún Ministerial Conference, as called for in paragraph 11.1 of the Decision on Implementation-Related Issues and Concerns. He therefore urged Members to make an effort to come to a decision regarding what type of report should be sent to Ministers in Cancún.
