103. The Chairperson recalled that the tentative dates for the Council's next regular session had been 30 November to 2 December, followed by the Council's Special Session on 3 December. In order to avoid conflict with some other meetings, the Special Session had now been moved to 30 November, which would be followed by the regular session of the Council on 1-2 December, continued, if necessary, on 3 December.
104. She reminded the Council of certain reviews that would be on the agenda of its next meeting. The Council would need to hold its first annual review under paragraph 8 of the Decision on the Implementation of Paragraph 6 of the Doha Declaration on TRIPS and Public Health, and report on its operation to the General Council. She reminded the Council of the arrangements that the Council had agreed, at its meeting in June, for a second annual review pursuant to paragraph 2 of the Decision on the "Implementation of Article 66.2 of the TRIPS Agreement". The Council would also have on its agenda the third transitional review under Section 18 of the Protocol of the Accession of the People's Republic of China.
