As regards notifications of contact points under Article 69, the Chairman said that, since the Council's meeting in September, a notification of a new contact point had been received from the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. Furthermore, updates to contact points notified earlier had been received from Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia and Madagascar (IP/N/3/Rev.8 and addendum 1). There were now 121 Members who had notified contact points under Article 69.
