350. The representative of Brazil supported the proposal by India regarding the title of section XV. He also supported Argentina's point that the item in question was not deemed by many countries to be an accepted item of the Council's agenda and that there was quite a considerable dissent with regard to the fact that this issue was the object of discussion in the Council. Many delegations did not consider that it fell within the Council's mandate.
