111. The Chairman recalled that, at its last two meetings, the Council had discussed a communication from the European Communities on "Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights" (IP/C/W/448). Since then, the European Communities had submitted another paper on the topic (IP/C/W/468) and, just prior to the meeting, a communication on border enforcement (advance copy of IP/C/W/471).
