167. The Chairman recalled that at its last meeting in October 2005, the Council had agreed on the dates for its meetings in 2006. The end of the year meeting had been scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday, 24-25 October 2006. Given that the Director-General had since decided that 24 October 2006 would be an official holiday, he suggested that the Council delay the meeting by one day, i.e., hold it on Wednesday and Thursday 25-26 October 2006.
