The representative of Brazil noted the European Union's reference to the history of previous discussions about whether or not items on enforcement should be included on the Council's agenda and said that he was fully aware of that history and of the position that Brazil had taken. He supported the inclusion of the item proposed by China and India as TRIPS plus enforcement trends on the agenda of the present session of the Council.
