383. The representative of the United States said that, as Members were aware, the matter was at that time under discussion in the Dispute Settlement Body. The United States continued to believe that the Dispute Settlement Body was the appropriate forum for those discussions, and referred Members to the statements on the dispute that the United States had provided in that body.
