As with Tajikistan, the United States thanks the Government of Fiji for its replies to our questions and also welcomes Fiji's detailed comments on its TRIPS legislative review process as well as the efforts it has undertaken over recent months and years with respect to that system. The US is currently reviewing the answers provided to our questions, and we therefore support the recommendation to close Fiji's review and may raise any further questions bilaterally.
