365.   The Group of LDCs wishes to thank the co-authors of document IP/C/W/653/Add.1. It raises a number of major issues. 366.   The group is interested in certain aspects of this communication. However, it is not in a position to comment on this communication during this meeting. It will revert to it subsequently and will not fail to formulate action-oriented recommendations.
