The representative of the United States said that very few laws or regulations had been notified related to the protection of undisclosed information under Article 39.2 of the Agreement, and none relative to Article 39.3. To rectify her delegation's own omission under Article 63.2, copies of laws and regulations relating to the protection of data submitted to the Food and Drugs Administration and to the Environmental Protection Agency would be submitted soon. Her delegation urged other Members to do likewise as soon as possible.
