The representative of Romania said that his delegation had not yet notified the new law on trademarks due to the fact that the bill submitted to Parliament, although almost entirely approved, still required further discussion of some minor issues between the two chambers of Parliament so as to iron out discrepancies. He hoped that the new legislation would be adopted in the near future and could be reviewed at the May meeting.
