The Chairperson informed the Council that, with regard to the issue of possible advance reviews, on a voluntary basis and without prejudice to entitlements under Article 65, further informal consultations held on the matter indicated that it was still not possible to reach a consensus on the adoption of the ground rules that she had proposed for such reviews. This was therefore a matter that she would have to leave over for further consultations by her successor.
