The representative of the United States said that there might be some differences of interpretation as to how the Appellate Body Report was to be perceived but, in the view of her delegation, in no way did the Appellate Body narrow the Panel's findings. In respect of the procedures for implementation, she said that the two Members were engaged in consultations following the procedures under Article 21.3(b) of the DSU for a mutually agreed solution of this point.
