The Chairperson informed the Council that notifications had been received from Zambia relating to Article 14bis(2)(c) of the Berne Convention as incorporated into the TRIPS Agreement and under the provisions of the Appendix to the Berne Convention as incorporated into the TRIPS Agreement. These notifications had been distributed as documents IP/N/5/ZMB/1 and 2.
