As regards the reference made by the United States to the Appellate Body Report on the dispute between the United States and India (WT/DS50/AB/R), the representative of Morocco said that that Report concerned only two Members and that the recommendations in it were not addressed to other WTO Members, on whose rights and obligations it had no bearing.
