The representative of Cuba said that the response received was not satisfactory as it was limited to providing a copy of the legislation in question and a court decision related to it rather than on the compatibility of Section 211 of the United States Omnibus Consolidated and Emergency Supplemental Appropriations Act of 1998 with the TRIPS Agreement.
