2. Description

Further to my communication OMC/320, dated 30 June 1995, reproduced in document IP/N/2/PRT/1, please make the following corrections to Portugal's notification under Articles 1.3 and 3.1 of the TRIPS Agreement. In the first paragraph, the words "... Portugal will avail itself of one of the exceptions provided for therein, that is to say, it will not apply the criterion of fixation but only the criteria of nationality and publication ..." should be replaced by "... Portugal will avail itself of one of the exceptions provided for therein, that is to say, it will not apply the criterion of publication but only the criteria of nationality and fixation ...".
