6. Brief description
Decree of the Council of State amending Section 15 of the Decree on the Exclusive Right in the Layout-Design of an Integrated Circuit, adopted on 18 July 2013, 2013/582, entry into force on 1 September 2013 - Valtioneuvoston asetus yksinoikeudesta integroidun piirin piirimalliin annetun asetuksen 15 §:n muuttamisesta - Statsrådets förordning om ändring av 15 § i förordningen om ensamrätt till kretsmönster för integrerade kretsar Amendment concerning the centralisation of intellectual property matters to the Market Court. Section 15 regulates on the duty to make an entry in the register about a claim for invalidation of the registration or about a notification of an action brought to have the registration transferred. It also regulates on the duty to register the decisions made in these matters.
