The draft law provides for introduction of amendments into the Civil Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the state registration of legal entities, branches (representative offices) and the invalidation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Firm Names" dated 23 December 1999 N145 (Bulletin of Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2000, N 4, article 183).
