6. Brief description
The Act on Protection of the Names of Specific Agricultural, Forestry and Fishery Products and Foodstuffs, as amended by: Act No.88 of 2018. The Act on Protection of the Names of Specific Agricultural, Forestry and Fishery Products and Foodstuffs was amended in order to realize GI protection in response to the Japan-EU Economic Partnership Agreement.
