This is a General Code on industrial property comprising general rules on all industrial property and specific rules on patents, utility models, semiconductor topographies, designs or models, trade marks, appellations of origin and geographical indications and trade secrets. The general rules contain provisions on administrative and judicial processes, transfers of licences, extinctions of rights or infractions.
