6. Brief description
First notification of the Decree No. 30233-J, which determines the registration procedure for any trademark or distinctive sign referred to in Law 7978. Decree No. 33743, dated March 14, 2007, repeals articles 46 and 47 of Decree No. 30233-J. Article 22 of Decree No. 30233-J will be amended by Decree No. 34760-J-COMEX.
