European Communities (Provision of Service concerning Trade Marks and Industrial Designs) Regulations 2006 (S.I. No. 622/2007)
These Regulations, made pursuant to the European Communities Act, 1972, amend certain provisions of the Trade Marks Act, 1996 and the Industrial Designs Act, 2001 in order to allow a person, established in another member State of the European Community and qualified under the law of that State to act as a trademark agent, to act for another person in relation to trademark matters before the Controller of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks.
