6. Brief description
This Act regulates the legal protection of well-known and registered trade marks and service marks (hereinafter trade mark), rights and obligations related to trade marks and, in the cases provided for in this Act, rights and obligations related to trade marks registered by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (hereinafter EU trade mark) on the basis of Regulation (EU) 2017/1001 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the European Union trade mark (OJ L 154, 16.06.2017, pp. 1–99).
