6. Brief description
These Regulations make provision for the procedure to be followed and prescribed forms to be used in giving notice to the Comptroller of Customs of the importation of infringing copies, the detention of goods by the Comptroller, the Comptroller's release in certain cases of copies detained to the importer and determination of action by the High Court inclusive of forfeiture orders.
