The Industrial Designs Regulations, 1984 - S.I. 1984 No. 83
Pursuant to paragraph 2 of Article 63 of the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights and the Decision of the Council for TRIPS of 21 November 1995 (document IP/C/2), the Government of Barbados wishes to inform the Council for TRIPS that the International Bureau of WIPO has within its collection the following laws of Barbados: The Industrial Designs Act - CAP. 309A The Patent Act - CAP. 314 The Trade Marks Act - CAP. 319 The Industrial Designs Regulations, 1984 - S.I. 1984 No. 83 The Patents Regulations, 1984 - S.I. 1984 No. 84 The Trade Marks Regulations, 1984 - S.I. 1984 No. 85 The Government of Barbados has the further honour to forward herewith the Copyright Act - CAP. 300 and the National Emblems and National Anthem of Barbados (Regulations) Act - CAP. 300A. This notification is intended for information and is made on the understanding that it is without prejudice to Barbados' entitlements under Article 65 of the TRIPS Agreement. The Government of Barbados will be utilising the transitional arrangements available to developing countries, as indicated in the said Article 65 of the TRIPS Agreement.
