6. Brief description
This Law concerns suspension proceedings in the areas with which it deals. It allows holders of rights to obtain promptly an order suspending certain disputed practices without any obligation to bring separate proceedings regarding the substance of the case. It also deals with action for damages. Articles 80 to 86 of the Law on copyright and neighbouring rights: These Articles lay down the criminal provisions concerning the offence of infringement of copyright.
